If it's applied across the board, then the only other downside for some will be what is a week's wage.
What is a week's wage?, needs to be defined in relation to redundancy. For some it may be the statutory maximum of £350 as a week's wage, and for other's it could be more. The signs are that it wont be uniform across the board.
It's all about getting the best possible deal for as many people as possible.

It's a good likeness to one we had a few months back at Jarvis, I took it and I did quite well out of it.
Some who went did very well indeed out of it, it depended alot on personal circumstances.
